Each year Richmond Magazine asks doctors in Central Virginia to nominate fellow “Top Docs” in the region. We are pleased to announce that our very own, Dr. Karen Hendricks-Munoz (Deputy Director, VCU Center on Health Disparities), not only made the list but received the most votes in the Neonatal-Perinatal Medicine category! Dr. Hendricks-Munoz is affiliated with multiple hospitals in the area, including Chippenham Hospital and VCU Medical Center. She received her medical degree from Yale University School of Medicine and has been in practice for more than 20 years. Dr. Hendricks-Munoz accepts several types of health insurance and speaks multiple languages, including Spanish. Read more about Dr. Hendricks-Munoz.
